We are looking for an brilliant Customer Success Executives in Pakistan. You’ll be joining a productive workplace where we work together to help other businesses run better. We’re looking for hustlers to join our team, the role entails you to:

  • Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions
  • Effectively manage communication-external & internal
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools in a timely fashion
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions within time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Keep records of customer interactions, inquiries and concerns
  • Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service issues, bug issues or customer concerns
  • Work closely with operations team in to solve problems collaboratively

Role Requirements

  • 0-1 years of experience
  • Solve issues with strong communication skills
  • Strong communication, ownership and quick learner
  • Should be comfortable with Microsoft office
  • Confident dealing with difficult conversations
  • Customer centric and ability to adapt
  • Multi-tasking ability and prioritization skills
  • Self driven.
